Kristi Shoemaker has spent her entire career of 21+ years in marketing. She began as an account executive for a regional advertising agency in Nebraska. Her main client, a Fortune 1000 international computer reseller, asked her to join their team as 
the director of marketing communications in 1991. In 1999, she moved into banking and became the Vice President of Marketing for a Nebraska-based bank. Within a year, the bank was purchased by Wells Fargo, and Kristi retained her position as Vice President of Marketing for the Nebraska Region. In 2004, she started her own marketing and public relations consulting firm in order to spend more time with her family and growing children.
Kristi joined the EcSELL Institute team in June 2008. In her role as Vice President of Marketing, she oversees all external communication strategies which include developing the EcSELL Institute website and generating marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and public relations programs.
Kristi resides in Lincoln, Nebraska, with her husband and two teenage boys. On the side, she is an artist. Her sculptures are shown in galleries in Lincoln, NE and Breckenridge, CO.
