It is important to know that the Sales Manager is the one person who can influence sales reps and their productivity more than any other person in an organization.  Sales managers can, quite simply, make or break a sales organization.  During this breakout session, you and your fellow sales managers will discuss ideas, strategies, and challenges on keeping sales reps motivated, focused, and well directed.
