Dr. Carl Binder, Senior Partner, Binder Riha Associates and renowned author
Dr. Carl Binder began his career as a graduate research fellow
at Harvard University, and he was Associate Director of a human behavior research center for ten years before entering the corporate world. He has founded three consulting firms and is a thought leader in the International Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA), as well as in the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) where he was recently awarded Honorary Lifetime Membership. The American Psychological Association honored him in 2004 with its Fred S. Keller Award for contributions to education and training. Carl is a widely requested speaker and prolific author in fields that include human learning and performance, sales and marketing, customer service, educational policy, performance measurement, and behavioral research. He is a Certified Performance Technologist who has worked with scores of organizations in a dozen industries, as well as schools and other human services organizations.
