Carl Binder will present a performance development strategy called The Six Boxes Approach. It provides a way of understanding and improving the performance of sales people and Sales Managers. This coaching tool offers a powerful means of driving performance improvement and performance thinking deep into your organization by identifying the behavior needed to achieve sales milestones that contribute to business results, and then optimizing conditions to support that behavior. The second half of the morning is a hands-on workshop where you will pull together all of the ideas from the Summit and put them into a measurable, structured action plan using the Six Boxes Model.
