SUMMIT REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for this Summit is $1495 for EcSELL Institute members and $1995 for non-members. This fee includes all materials and refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch on July 28, and breakfast on July 29. It does not include lodging, incidentals, transportation to and from the hotel, or dinner on July 28, 2009.

SUMMIT SCHEDULE

Early Summit Check-in will run from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2009. Regular Check-in will begin concurrently with a Continental Breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. The Summit program will begin at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, and will adjourn at approximately 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

LODGING

A block of rooms has been reserved on-site at a discounted rate at The St. Regis San Francisco located at 125 Third St, San Francisco, California, 94103. You are encouraged to make your reservations early since space is limited. Please make your reservation by calling the hotel at (415) 284-4000. Be sure to mention the EcSELL Institute Summit to receive the special Summit rate ($225 per night plus tax). Lodging is not included in the Summit fee.

TRANSPORTATION

The St. Regis San Francisco is easily accessible from the San Francisco International Airport (2 miles).Attendees are responsible for securing transportation to and from the St. Regis San Francisco.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the Summit date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. If you must cancel less than two weeks before the program your registration fee will not be refunded.  You may however, send a substitute from your organization. You are guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee if this Summit is cancelled for any reason.
