    EcSELL Institute's April 2010 Summit

Believe this much: Sales Management is arguably one of the most demanding and time absorbing professions in the world. Believe this too; sales managers are also some of the most overlooked and underappreciated folks around. I am able to say this confidently because rarly does a sales call pass by without sales managers, from all different industries, venting to me about the responsibility of wearing multiple hats, travel, the economy, goals and objectives, and most importantly their extremely busy schedules. If you stand outside of the sales management professional circle you likely do not understand their responsibility, but if you are a colleague within the sales management profession you likely could not be more empathetic towards your peers.

This April the EcSELL Institute's summit, Sales Leadership & Coaching Strategies, will bring together sales managers, coaches, and leaders from throughout the World. These sales managers, like their peers, are extremely busy. However, these managers share one important commonality; they understand that their own professional development is critical to their personal growth as a coach and leader of their sales teams, to the growth of their individual producers as sales professionals, and to the bottom line of their organizations.

This April's EcSELL Institute summit will again bring together some of the brightest and most successful sales managers from throughout world. You owe it to yourself, your team, and your organization to participate. I am excited to see some familiar faces, and possibly some new ones, in Dallas!

     Best,

     Will Kloefkorn
