One of my favorite things to do in the airport and at the FedEx/Kinko's store is read the latest business book titles. Their bombastic titles, flashy covers, and over-the-top claims make me shake my head. Before you waste your precious reading time, and $29.95, take a look at this article Choosing Business Books.pdf

Good points made:

1) Find out what your friends and colleagues are reading

2) If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

3) Endulge your Adult ADD - start at the end (of the chapters), and look for lists

4) Jot down key ideas in a journal

5) Share ideas with others
