We have just announced the dates and location of our fall Sales Leadership and Coaching Strategies Summit!
October 14-15, 2010 at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN.
The focus of the Fall Summit will be:
COLLABERATION * ACCOUNTABLITY * GROWTH.
Every Summit is unique as we feature different instructors and focus on different aspects of leading and coaching a sales team. One thing doesn't change. EcSELL Institute's Summits will always be a "roll up your sleeves", get to work event. Interaction between our attendees is a key ingredient we build into each lesson. And, true to our mission, everything presented at this sales manager conference is based on fact or proven results.
Our Sales Leadership and Coaching Strategies Summits are designed to challenge your thinking and get you out of your comfort zone.
We will be breaking up the afternoon of the first day's general session into two tracks. Track One, is for coaches who coach coaches and Track Two, is for Sales Managers who coach sales reps. The final day is always a hands-on workshop where attendees generate practical take-aways based on their own unqiue sales team issues.
NEW THIS FALL! We will also be offering an additional, optional day on Wednesday, October 13, that will be focused around mastering, managing, and maximizing the 6 Pillars of Productivity. It will be a "sales management boot camp" where seasoned Sales Managers can refresh their management acumen around each of the 6 Pillars and be presented cutting-edge best practices. People new to the sales management role will find this session extremely valuable as it will provide the framework for understanding the duties and responsibilities of a sales manager, as well as provide direction on where to spend management time and energy.
Mark your calendars and watch for details! Our new Summit Website, which will have all the details on this premier sales leadership conference, will be launched in June.
