What do you wish your Sales Manager did more of? Less of?

EcSELL Institute is researching the relationship between Sales Managers and sales producers, with a goal of understanding how managers/supervisors can be more effective with their sales teams - through the eyes of the sales rep.  We are reaching out to sales reps across the United States and Canada to participate in this national research study.

The survey will take approximately three minutes to complete and you can leave an email address if you wish to receive the final report when results are tabulated.  Only participate in the survey if you are in personal sales production.

Here is the link to the survey. Thank you for being a part of it!

I have posted this research opportunity out on various LinkedIn Groups and have been receiving some powerful comments to the post. In a couple weeks, I will summarize these informal comments in a blog. My favorite comment so far has been, "I wish that more sales managers would ask this question."
