"Creating a Culture"
How often do you focus on the culture of your sales team? Every day, every moment, and with each action you take and words you speak, you are creating a culture. That means you need to pay attention because you have control over the culture you want to create.
The members of the EcSELL Institute are creating a culture of improvement and development. Stop to think about this… “What message are you sending your team by attending the Sales Coaching Summit or participating in a professional development program?” Your team is watching you on a daily basis. Everything you do or don’t do, your staff is taking a mental inventory. Being at the Summit says I/you/WE can do more! I/you/WE can be better! You are impacting them even though you aren’t with them.
“Think about the difference between those who CHOOSE to maximize their potential versus those that HAVE TO maximize their potential.” Most of us will strive to do more when challenged by an outside force, whether it is an emergency or a performance review. But think about those people who commit to personal improvement because it is the right thing to do. The members of the EcSELL Institute are all committed to this professional development journey, because they realize there is always room to improve. Even though they may be meeting or even exceeding their sales goals, they still strive to do more. EcSELL Institute is a community of the passionate, self-aware, smart people who are willing to say “teach me more”.
In the end it is people who make people great. Those who achieve the highest level of success surround themselves with the strongest people.
