Since founding Catalytic Advisors in 2011, Everett has engineered revenue growth transformations for manufacturing, distribution and service organizations throughout his career, in both line leadership and consulting roles.
Prior to Catalytic Advisors, Everett built a strong operational career as a sales leader and General Manager with significant P&L responsibility. He is a veteran of the Coca-Cola system, Rohm & Haas, and DuPont whose early experience includes field sales for small technology companies. He became passionate about the power of organizational change in the course of executing multiple change initiatives that delivered significant ROI across a 60,000-person, $16 billion enterprise.
Everett earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School with a focus on B2B marketing, logistics, and innovation. He received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from Princeton University. He is on the board of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, is a past President and Board Chair of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta and is a marathon runner in pursuit of a Boston Qualifier.
