Funnel Purging. Time for some Pepto-Bismol.

Many Sales Managers encourage salespeople to clean out their sales funnel this time a year. This isn't always the right thing to do. Our friend, Mark Sellers, CEO of Breakthrough SalesPerformance and author of best selling business book The Funnel Principle recommends that Sales Managers get away from funnel purges and get into coaching sales funnel discipline and good habits that ensure good data and efficient use of valuable selling resources.
